About the 5 of us

The reason why I called my blog "The 5 of us is because of my household size. I do have 5 kids but the oldest don't live at home. Also she'll be 18 in 6 months. Yes, I love her very much and she knows that. :)

 I'm Lindsey, a divorced mother of 5. I'll be 35 this May. (cry) I was married for 11 years and have learned a lot from it. I've learned a lot from men and about them and it's helped me a lot. I have tired dating but it hasn't worked out for me, yet.

We live in Western Kentucky. I was born in Florida and lived there for 18 yrs and I still call it home.  Only two of my children were born in the same state lol. We've lived in NC & SC.
Still, Florida is my home and hope to go back one day. I hate cold weather.

I have anxiety. It runs my life most of the time. I didn't use to be like this. I enjoyed life. Now it's really different for me. Sigh.
