I never thought these shoe sole things worked. But as I was giving some to review, I am very happy to say they do work. I'm sure if I was a bit smaller, they would feel even better.
They are great for mothers like myself, who are always on their feet or chasing kids around.

I can say my mind has changed about these shoe soles.
